Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer – Software Development to join our Automation Engineering team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for industrial automation systems, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and robotic applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in industrial software development and system integration under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Work Experience

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, robotics, or control system software development.

• Hands-on exposure to PLC programming (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi / Omron) preferred.

• Basic understanding of HMI/SCADA systems, motion control, and sensors/actuators.

• Familiarity with C / C++ / Python / Ladder Logic / Structured Text will be an advantage.

Academic Qualifications & Certifications

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering
  (Diploma candidates with strong practical experience may also apply)

• Certification or training in PLC, HMI, or SCADA programming preferred.

Key Skills

• PLC, HMI, SCADA programming

• Basic knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)

• Control logic and troubleshooting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Good communication and teamwork skills
