You will be responsible for coordinating with the Commercial department to prepare and approve the Operations Budget for Project execution. You will evaluate the accuracy and reliability of cost estimates during the pre-bidding stage for Major Projects. Additionally, you will coordinate and align cross-functional teams, including Operations, Purchase, and other stakeholders, to prepare project-wise Cost to completion (CTC). It will be your duty to provide accurate and timely updates on project health status based on CTC and cash flow projections. You will also be required to prepare management presentations, analytical reports, and other Management Information System (MIS) on a periodic basis. As part of your role, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization, standardization, and automation. You will implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will develop dashboards, generate reports, and perform extensive data analytics to support Senior Management in decision-making by making reference facts and figures readily available. Furthermore, you will spearhead financial due diligence for new businesses and potential partnerships. You will evaluate financial business implications and Return on Investment (ROI) from potential deals. You may also need to undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 12 years of experience in an EPC company. You should have high competence in Excel, proficiency in Power BI, and the skill to perform complex numerical calculations and prepare management reports. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Experience in project cost control, financial analysis, or related roles within the construction industry would be beneficial.,
