- Preparation of Tender document,
- Preparation of Tender purpose BOQs, GFC BOQs,
- Tracking and monitoring BOQs and MTO issued MTO’s, BOQ’s.
- Good understanding of cost estimation, rate analysis for new items
- Prepare and Review of Concrete Design Mix Calculations
- Review & checking of Bill of Quantities and cost estimations
- Must be capable of reading equipment layouts, piping GA drawings, architectural, civil and structural drawings
- Review of fabrication drawings MTOs
- Preparation of technical specifications
- Preparation of Bill of quantities
- Preparation of Rate Analysis
- Understanding of cost estimates
- Preparation of execution work tender documents
- Technical Bid analysis
- Commercial bid analysis
- Knowledge of Indian and International codes for the design
Here's what you'll need
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 7 -12 years of experience in handling Civil and Structural quantity surveying, Bill of quantities estimation, Tender document preparation for all types of Civil and Structural works.Experience in working on Industrial, chemical, Pharmaceutical, data center, Electronics, EV, solar renewable energies projects and FMCG Projects.
- Experience in Quantity surveying, tender preparation Technical Bid analysis, Commercial bid analysis, specifications, cost estimation for all types of civil, structurers and PEB buildings
- Hands-on experience with coordination with clients, contractors and vendors.
- Extensive knowledge of Indian Codes and specifications required.
