Engineer - Quantity Surveyor

You should have a BE Civil qualification with NICMAR QS and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience post-graduation in infrastructure contracting firms/consultancy. The job is located in Navi Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include studying and interpreting tender documents, drawings, and contract agreements to extract optimized quantities. You will be preparing BOQs for various structures like Highways, Bridges, Flyovers, Interchanges, Marine structures, and industrial structures by appropriately interpreting tender documents and contract agreements. Rate analysis for civil engineering items will also be part of your role, along with processing land acquisition and working on LA costs for highway/bridge projects. Identifying, quantifying, and compiling costs for utility-related issues from available data and providing value engineering inputs during project preparation are expected tasks.
