Responsibilities and more:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical design and analysis of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and static

equipment using PV Elite only (ASME Sec VIII Div. 1 & 2).

• Conduct calculations for thickness, nozzles, reinforcements, supports, wind/seismic loads.

• Review client specifications and process data sheets and convert them into mechanical design

requirements.

• Prepare mechanical design calculation reports and fabrication deliverables.

• Coordinate with drafting, quality, procurement, and fabrication teams.

• Provide design clarifications during fabrication.

• Ensure compliance with ASME, TEMA, and relevant codes.

• Maintain documentation and revision control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering.

• 5–7 years experience in pressure vessel / heat exchanger design.

• Strong hands-on expertise in PV Elite (mandatory).

• Knowledge of ASME Sec VIII, TEMA, material selection, and fabrication/welding practices.

• Ability to review drawings and fabrication details.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in static equipment manufacturing
