Engineer III, Software Development

Location : PuneExp : 8 to 10 yearsKey Responsibilities Designs, develops, debugs, modifies, tests software applications by using currentprogramming languages, methodologies, and technologies. Documents software development and/or test development by writing documents,reports, memos, change requests. Methods used are determined by approvedprocedures and standards. Tracks software development effort by creating and maintaining records in theapproved tracking management tool. Solves engineering problems by analyzing the situation and recommendingcorrective or alternative actions. Analyzes, evaluates, verifies requirements, software, and systems by using softwareengineering practices. Investigates, researches, selects software designs, operating systems and/orpractices. Plans and executes design verification activities. Continuously improves process and work methodologies by interfacing withpeers/cross-functional groups and analyzing activities to improve workflow and workprocesses. Directs support personnel and project activities. Mentors Engineers in software engineering activities/methodologies and domainknowledge. Develops and enhances cross-functional team relationships and works cross-functionally to identify and resolve technical and organizational issues.

Qualification (Required Skills)

 BE or BTech Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of software development experience

Experience In Any Of The Following Areas Is Must

 C# Microsoft development using the .NET Framework Windows app development using WPF, XAML, MVVM,MAUI OOPS, Design Patterns, Multi-threading SQL Server Unit and Integration testing Strong development skills with databases – SQLs and noSQLs Azure or AWS Cloud based application development Rest APIs, WCF, ASP.NET

 Good To Have Skills In The Following Areas

 Android Figma Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design. Demonstrated experience in software development lifecycle (Agile), object-orienteddesign methodology Experience with medical device regulatory guidance such as 21 CFR Part 820, IEC62304 and ISO 13485 will be a great advantage Preferred experience with software configuration tools for source code control (Git),issue tracking (Jira), requirements management (Cockpit), code review tools (CodeCollaborator) and 3rd party project build tools will be a great advantage Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work well in agile, small-team environments. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. Demonstrated technical leadership skills Good organizational and multi-tasking skills Self-motivated and able to work autonomously when necessary. Must be eager to work with other dedicated programmers, including working in aremote development organization with co-workers in different geographic locations.
