Job Description: Engagement Executive – HNI & Family Office Relations

Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 1-2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs and their family offices.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between HNIs and senior management.
• Assist in managing family office requirements, ensuring seamless communication and support.
• Research and analyze market trends to identify potential investment opportunities for clients.
• Provide personalized engagement and relationship management to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain and update a database of HNI clients, tracking interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in client engagement, relationship management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-profile clients with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, real estate, or luxury sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
