Job Title: Manager – Employee Engagement, Employer Branding & Internal Communications

Role Overview


We are looking for a passionate and creative professional to lead Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, and Internal Communications. The incumbent will design and execute initiatives that enrich the employee experience, strengthen our employer brand, and drive impactful communication across the organization.



Key Responsibilities

             •           Employer Branding

             •           Develop and implement strategies to position Bajaj Broking as an employer of choice in the financial services sector.

             •           Drive content creation and campaigns across social media, career portals, and other platforms.

             •           Partner with HR and business teams to showcase culture, career opportunities, and employee stories.

             •           Employee Engagement

             •           Conceptualize, plan, and execute engagement initiatives that foster belonging, recognition, and motivation.

             •           Lead cultural and engagement events, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.

             •           Analyze engagement metrics and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

             •           Internal Communications

             •           Design and deliver clear, consistent, and impactful communication across internal channels.

             •           Draft leadership messages, newsletters, announcements, and campaign communications.

             •           Partner with leaders to strengthen transparency, collaboration, and employee connect.



What We’re Looking For

             •           4–7 years of experience in employee engagement, employer branding, or internal communications (preferably in BFSI or fast-paced industries).

             •           Strong communication (written & verbal) and storytelling skills.

             •           Ability to conceptualize creative campaigns and execute with attention to detail.

             •           Proficiency in digital tools, social media, and engagement platforms.

             •           Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across HR, business, and leadership teams.
