Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for an Employer Branding Executive. The executive will be responsible for developing and implementing employer branding strategies, enhancing the company's reputation as an employer of choice, and managing recruitment marketing efforts. Day-to-day tasks include creating and executing branding initiatives, collaborating with HR and marketing teams, and communicating the company's value proposition to potential candidates through various channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing
• Proficiency in developing and executing Brand Strategy and Branding
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record in managing successful employer branding campaigns
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field
• Experience in the FMCG, Pharma, or Retail sector is a plus
