We seek an accomplished Business Development Manager to spearhead new business acquisition, harness BTL expertise, and embody a relentless go-getter spirit to propel our expansion.  


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business Success: Generate 10-15 high-quality pitches per quarter, securing 3-5 new retainers in Year 1 to achieve a ₹50-75 Lakh revenue target.


  • Showcase BTL Mastery: Craft compelling proposals for innovative BTL solutions—e.g., in-store activations, experiential marketing—tailored to FMCG/pharma challenges.


  • Surpass Ambitions: Build and nurture a robust pipeline of prospective clients, outmanoeuvring competitors with strategic insights and persuasive presentations.

  

  • Foster Collaboration: Partner with our Client Servicing team to ensure seamless client onboarding and unlock upsell potential.


  • Lead with Impact: Represent Walnut at industry forums and trade shows, forging strategic connections with brand managers to accelerate growth.  


Candidate Profile:

  • 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, client servicing or account management, preferably within BTL advertising or the FMCG/ pharma sectors.


  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients, evidenced by metrics such as ₹20 Lakh+ in secured contracts or 3+ retainer wins.


  • Profound knowledge of BTL campaign dynamics and Indian consumer trends (e.g., Gen Z, rural markets).

  

  • A go-getter with an unwavering drive to exceed targets, thrive in high-stakes environments, and cultivate lasting partnerships. 

 

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at engaging C-level stakeholders with confidence.  


  • Based in Mumbai, with flexibility for travel to support geographic expansion.
