• Create Visual Impact: Design stunning BTL assets—think in-store displays, event graphics, and digital collaterals for FMCG/pharma clients.
• Team Up & Innovate: Partner with copywriters to build campaigns that wow brand managers, blending art with strategy.
• Grow Your Portfolio: Work on high-profile projects, building a book that turns heads and wins awards.
• Meet Deadlines: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering pixel-perfect designs under pressure.
• Learn & Lead: Absorb BTL expertise from our pros and contribute fresh ideas to our expanding team. Continue further learning through company sponsorship.

Who You Are:

• A creative visualiser with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field with 4-5 years of experience in graphic design or advertising, with a killer portfolio showcasing creativity with top Pharma and FMCG companies.
• Passion for BTL—experience with activations or experiential marketing is a plus!
• A go-getter with a knack for visual storytelling and collaboration.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Based in Mumbai and eager to join our Ghatkopar hub.
