Key Responsibilities

Area

What You’ll Do

Microcontroller Design & Bring-Up

• Select and integrate MCUs/SoCs (Cortex-M/A, ESP32, STM32, NXP i.MX, PI etc.)• Define pin-muxing, boot modes, power sequencing• Lead board bring-up and initial firmware flashing via UART/JTAG/SWD

Circuit Design

• Convert product requirements into detailed analog, digital, and mixed-signal schematics• Component selection for power, signal integrity, thermal, cost, and lifecycle

PCB Layout

• Execute 2–8-layer PCB layouts with controlled-impedance routing and DFM/DFA/DFT best practices

Prototyping & Validation

• Generate fabrication/assembly packages and BOMs• Oversee on-site/EMS prototype builds• Conduct functional, SI, thermal, and environmental tests; iterate for robust MCU performance

Compliance & Certification

• Implement EMI/EMC mitigation; drive updates to pass CE/FCC/IEC/UL• Support RF certifications when wireless modules are used
