Job Description Location - Udaipur Job Purpose To assist in the design, development, testing, and validation of new products, components, and systems under the guidance of senior engineers, contributing to innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D department. Key Responsibilities Support in the design and development of heating elements, sensors, or related components (as applicable). Conduct prototype assembly, testing, and performance evaluation as per design requirements. Assist in data collection, analysis, and documentation of test results. Prepare BOMs, drawings, and technical specifications with guidance from senior engineers. Coordinate with production, quality, and purchase teams for product trials and process improvements. Maintain proper project records, reports, and design documentation. Contribute ideas for product enhancement, cost optimization, and innovation. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards during all R&D activities. Job Description Location - Udaipur Key Responsibilities Perform testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of PCBs at component and circuit levels. Use test equipment. Identify and replace faulty electronic components (ICs, resistors, capacitors, connectors, etc.). Perform soldering, desoldering (through-hole and SMD), and rework of components. Document test results, repair history, and maintain records. Support quality assurance by ensuring repaired boards meet specifications. Coordinate with design/R&D teams to provide feedback on recurring faults. Ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety and industry standards. Maintain tools, instruments, and a safe working environment. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics. Hands-on experience with testing instruments . Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams, PCB layouts, and datasheets. Good soldering/rework skills . Problem-solving and analytical skills for fault diagnosis. Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team. Qualification Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics.
