We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Engineer with strong expertise in drone electronics, RF systems, and embedded hardware design. The role requires an innovative mindset and a solid technical foundation in electronic system development and testing. 


 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and test electronic hardware systems for drones, anti-drone guns, and aerospace platforms. 
  • Develop and integrate RF circuits, communication modules, and signal processing units for UAV and counter-UAV systems. 
  • Design power management systems, including battery protection, DC-DC converters, and efficient power distribution. 
  • Create PCB schematics, layouts, and hardware documentation using industry-standard tools. 
  • Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams for complete system integration of drone and anti-drone technologies. 
  • Conduct field testing, data acquisition, and performance analysis of drone hardware systems. 
  • Work on sensor interfacing (GPS, IMU, radar, RF sensors, etc.)

    and ensure reliable real-time data flow. 
  • Troubleshoot and optimize hardware for signal integrity, EMI/EMC compliance, and reliability in rugged conditions. 
  • Contribute to R&D of electronic countermeasure systems

    (RF jammers, detection systems, and related technology). 
  • Maintain detailed technical reports and adhere to aerospace and defense hardware standards.  

 


Required Skills & Competencies:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.  
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in hardware design, testing, or development for UAVs or defense systems. 
  • Strong understanding of embedded hardware design, RF and communication circuits, and signal processing principles.  

Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle). 

  • Experience with microcontrollers, STM32, ESP32, or similar embedded platforms. Knowledge of RF front-end design, antenna integration, and spectrum analysis tools. Experience working with power electronics, motor controllers (ECSs), and telemetry modules. Ability to use lab instruments such as spectrum analyzers and network analyzers. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capability, and attention to precision and safety.
