Email Marketing Specialist

Job Summary: We’re looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our email campaigns using HubSpot . The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing email journeys, segmentation, and performance analytics, along with a solid understanding of digital marketing funnels. Experience in running paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns via HubSpot Create segmented workflows, A/B tests, and nurture campaigns Analyze open rates, CTRs, conversions, and improve performance metrics Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling email creatives Manage and maintain email lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, ideally using HubSpot Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking Excellent copywriting and communication skills Detail-oriented with a proactive, test-and-learn attitude Familiarity with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) is a strong advantage Show more Show less
