Role Description: Email Marketing Specialist Location: Mathura (On-site) Job Type: Full-time We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute cold email campaigns aimed at generating business leads. This is an on-site role that requires hands-on experience in cold outreach. The ideal candidate should be able to find and build their own contact lists and write professional, persuasive email copy tailored for different industries and decision-makers. Responsibilities: Create and send cold email sequences targeting potential clients and businesses. Independently source and collect lead data (email addresses, names, company info, etc.). Write professional and engaging outreach emails (initial, follow-ups, and replies). Track performance metrics such as open rates, click-throughs, and responses. Organize and maintain lead pipelines using spreadsheets or CRM tools. Qualifications: Prior experience in cold email outreach or email marketing (minimum 1 year preferred). Ability to mine data from directories, websites, or tools independently. Strong written English, with a focus on clear and convincing communication. Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, SendGrid, Lemlist, etc. Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple campaigns efficiently. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
