Role Description: Email Marketing Specialist

Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

Create and send
cold email sequences
targeting potential clients and businesses.
Independently source and collect lead data
(email addresses, names, company info, etc.).
Write professional and engaging
outreach emails
(initial, follow-ups, and replies).
Track performance metrics such as open rates, click-throughs, and responses.
Organize and maintain lead pipelines using spreadsheets or CRM tools.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in
cold email outreach
or email marketing (minimum 1 year preferred).
Ability to
mine data from directories, websites, or tools
independently.
Strong written English, with a focus on clear and convincing communication.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, SendGrid, Lemlist, etc.
Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple campaigns efficiently.
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
