Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns for lead generation, client engagement, and brand awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• A/B test subject lines, templates, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates.
• Experience in designing nurture sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and post-engagement flows
• Ability to connect email performance to revenue pipeline and revenue impact, along with various metrics of open, read and click rates
• Creating email triggers, drip campaigns, and lead scoring mechanisms.
• Experience in creating email performance dashboard and various reports when required to measure the performance of the various campaigns

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience in Email Marketing / Campaign Management Strong expertise in email marketing tools such as: o
• Gmass o Instantly o Smartlead o Brevo (or similar automation platforms) Besides above listed should have hands-on-experience on any popular ESPs.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations and lead nurturing workflows Strong copywriting & design sense for compelling email content.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting & campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with deliverability best practices & domain warm-up techniques
