Designation Executive Talent Acquisition (Depends on your last designation) Location Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli) Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Utilize your expertise to identify, attract, and recruit top-tier talent for various positions within the company. Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle, from initial contact to onboarding. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness in attracting top talent. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and provide regular insights and reports to stakeholders. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated recruiting experience, preferably in a mid or leadership role (Non IT/IT hiring) & headhunting experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
