Email Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who knows how to leverage email automation tools and paid workspaces to drive leads from the USA, Australia, UK, and European markets.

Responsibilities

• Email Campaign Execution → Build and execute targeted email outreach campaigns using Smartlead or similar tools
• Lead Generation & List Building → Research, verify, and build high-quality lead lists for businesses needing SEO & website development services
• Cold Outreach Strategy → Develop personalized, high-converting cold email sequences to engage potential clients
• Google Workspace Tools → Utilize Google Workspaces for outreach, team collaboration, and data management
• A/B Testing & Optimization → Continuously test subject lines, messaging, and sequences to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
• Compliance & Deliverability → Ensure best practices in email warm-up, domain reputation, and avoiding spam filters
• Performance Tracking → Monitor key KPIs, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for higher lead conversions

Requirements

• Proficiency in Smartlead or similar email automation tools (e.g., Instantly.ai, Lemlist, Woodpecker)
• Strong experience in B2B lead generation for the USA, UK, Europe, and Australia markets
• Expert in list building → Finding verified emails and segmenting based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
• Hands-on experience with paid Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Gmail automation, Drive, etc.)
• Solid understanding of cold email best practices → Deliverability, personalization, and conversion strategies
• Strong analytical mindset → Ability to track metrics and tweak strategies accordingly
• Ability to write compelling email copy → Short, engaging, and high-converting
