SEO Executive

About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly skilled SEO Executive to drive our organic search strategy, execution, and performance. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, Google’s evolving algorithms, and a strategic mindset to build sustainable organic growth. You will execute the SEO roadmap, manage content strategies, drive high-quality link acquisition, and ensure technical excellence across all digital properties.

What You’ll Be Great At:

• Understanding of Google Algorithm & E-E-A-T: Stay ahead of search engine updates with a strategic focus on Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness.
• Content Strategy & Topic Authority: Ability to build topical authority through keyword mapping, content gap analysis, and aligning content with user search intent.
• High-Quality Link Acquisition: Proven success with acquiring authoritative backlinks through guest post outreach, Q&A, forums, and innovative methods.
• Technical SEO Excellence: Exceptional skills in identifying and resolving technical SEO issues such as site speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data, canonicalization, and mobile optimization.
• Topic Clustering & Semantic SEO: Should have a good knowledge of Topic cluster & Semantic SEO.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Own and drive the overall SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical).
• Collaborate with content, development, and product teams to implement best practices.
• Conduct competitive analysis and keyword research to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage and expand our backlink profile with white-hat strategies.
• Lead regular SEO audits, monitor performance, and identify areas of improvement.
• Analyze traffic trends and search performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Stay updated with SEO, AI, and digital trends, continuously bringing innovative ideas to the table.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, etc.).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.).
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Passion for search and a desire to stay on the cutting edge of the industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
