Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SEO Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our website's visibility and drive organic traffic. The role involves both On-Page and Off-Page SEO activities, keyword analysis, team management, and collaboration with various departments to ensure SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Page SEO: Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing. Ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
• Off-Page SEO: Develop and implement link building strategies. Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
• Keyword Analysis: Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
• Data Analysis: Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results. Identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
• Team Management: Handle and manage team members to achieve set goals.
• Tracking & Reporting: Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
• Budget Management: Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaboration: Work with the development team to ensure proper SEO implementation. Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and programming.
• Recommendations: Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO techniques.
• Strong understanding of keyword research and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle and manage team members effectively.
• Experience in tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics and PPC campaigns.
• Knowledge of search engine optimization best practices and tools.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes is a plus.
