Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Email Marketing Executive. As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing email campaigns. Your role will involve creating strategies to engage customers, conducting data analysis to optimize campaign performance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to drive successful campaigns and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns to support business objectives such as lead generation, customer engagement, product promotions, and brand awareness.
• Manage email databases and audience segmentation to ensure targeted and relevant communication.
• Implement A/B tests for subject lines, email content, send times, and other variables to optimize performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to maintain brand consistency and align email strategy with broader marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new email marketing tools, and innovations to enhance campaign performance.
