Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales objectives. This role plays a critical part in customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through effective email communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Management:
Create, execute, and manage bulk and targeted email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, cold outreach, and drip campaigns.

List Management & Segmentation:
Build, clean, segment, and maintain email lists to ensure high deliverability, relevance, and engagement while complying with email marketing best practices.

Content Creation:
Write compelling subject lines, email copy, and CTAs focused on conversions. Coordinate with designers to ensure visually appealing and brand-consistent templates.

Automation & Workflows:
Set up automated email workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, follow-ups, and re-engagement using email marketing tools.

A/B Testing & Optimization:
Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and layouts to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze email performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, bounce rate, and conversions. Prepare regular performance reports and optimization insights.

Compliance & Deliverability:
Ensure compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR best practices) and follow strategies to maintain sender reputation and inbox placement.

Collaboration:
Work closely with digital marketing, sales, and content teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing and business goals.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Email marketing or CRM certifications are a plus.

Experience:
Basic to proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing. Freshers with strong writing skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.

Skills:

• Strong written communication and copywriting skills

• Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, GMass, etc. is a plus)

• Understanding of lead generation and nurturing concepts

• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking

• Attention to detail and data accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Working Conditions:
