Email Marketing Executive Experience 1 to 3yrs About the Company: We are a fast-growing IT services company committed to delivering innovative solutions to global clients. We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and help expand our digital presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote IT services. Write compelling email content, subject lines, and CTAs to improve open and conversion rates. Manage and grow the email contact database while ensuring list segmentation and data hygiene. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using metrics like open rates, CTRs, conversions, and ROI. Use tools such as Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms for campaign execution. A/B test email campaigns to improve performance. Collaborate with sales and design teams to align email campaigns with business goals and brand identity. Ensure compliance with GDPR and other email marketing regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in an IT services company. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools. Strong written communication and copywriting skills. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing funnels websites, mobile applications and lead nurturing strategies is a plus.
