Technical Project Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager 03 to 05yrs to lead and manage IT projects across their entire life cycle from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling technical teams, managing client communication, and overseeing project timelines, with working knowledge of at least one technology stack (frontend or backend). Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously within scope, time, and budget. Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery . Translate client/business requirements into technical tasks and oversee execution. Allocate tasks to team members, monitor daily progress, and perform regular status reviews. Track project milestones, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to leadership and clients. Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks. Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best coding and security practices. Participate in technical discussions and problem-solving with the team. Ensure clear documentation of project requirements, timelines, and communication logs. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in managing IT/software development projects. Hands-on understanding of either frontend (e.g., React, Angular) or backend (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Laravel) technologies. Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar project management software. Exposure to Git, CI/CD, and deployment processes is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Technical background or coding experience (optional but preferred). Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a plus.
