Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Email & Lead Generation Specialist to drive top-of-funnel growth for our B2B SaaS sales pipeline. The role involves building and executing targeted outreach campaigns, generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with the sales team to convert opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B SaaS, outbound email campaigns, lead qualification, and demand generation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimise personalised outbound email campaigns for prospect engagement.
  • Segment databases and tailor messaging by industry, region, and buyer persona.
  • Maintain high email deliverability and response rates through A/B testing.
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors, etc. ).
  • Generate qualified leads via email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
  • Manage and enrich CRM database with accurate contact and company information.
  • Nurture leads through email drips and follow-ups until they are sales-ready.
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and hand over to the sales team.
  • Track lead pipeline and conversion rates.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness (open rates, CTR, response rate, MQL to SQL conversion).
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports and insights to sales leadership.
  • Continuously optimise strategies for higher ROI.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or demand generation(preferably in SaaS/Tech).
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Outreach, Apollo, Reply.io, etc. ).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc. ).
  • Excellent research skills using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS buying cycle and enterprise sales process.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns.
  • Prior experience in an enterprise SaaS sales environment.
  • Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with email deliverability best practices.
  • Exposure to global markets (US, Europe, APAC).
