Job Description

This Sales & Key Accounts Management role reports to the Associate Director within the Roadzen Business team. The individual will manage a portfolio of key accounts, drive ambitious revenue growth, and build strong, long-term client relationships. In addition to nurturing existing accounts, the role also demands proactive sales efforts to bring in new clients and expand the overall client base. The role involves generating demand, ensuring the expansion of identified key accounts, and increasing opportunities by strengthening client relationships, enhancing the company's reputation, and developing new business pipelines. Close collaboration with Business Development, Sales, Product, and Operations teams is essential to provide strategic insights for business growth. Ultimately, the Sales & Key Accounts Manager will play a critical role in significantly enhancing both the long-term value of existing accounts and the overall growth of the company's clientele and revenue. Responsibilities Responsible for revenue targets for the Indian market. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive sector and the BFSI Industry. Develop proposals, presentations, demos, bids, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives of existing clients and new clients. Conduct period reviews with clients and understand client needs, and develop revenue opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell. Overseas sales operations, client onboarding, and acting as a bridge between the client and operations. Track the pipeline regularly and prepare and manage revenue forecasts for different LOBs. Collaborate effectively with Operations, Product, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless client journey from onboarding to delivery, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the BFSI or automotive industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the automotive market and automotive insurance in India. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as the job will demand frequent travel.
