Qualification - ITI/ Diploma - Electrician

Experience - Min 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Electrician in industrial, manufacturing, plant, or facility environments.

Salary - Upto 3.6 LPA +Food + Accommodation

Location - Mundra (Gujarat)

Job Summary:

The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical systems, equipment, and machinery in accordance with safety standards. The role requires hands-on expertise in industrial electrical systems and the ability to respond quickly to breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Maintenance & Repair

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in motors, panels, lighting systems, cables, and controls.
• Inspect and diagnose issues in wiring, switches, circuit breakers, and distribution systems.

2. Installation & Commissioning

• Assist in the installation of new electrical equipment, panels, and machines.
• Ensure proper wiring, earthing, and electrical connections as per standards.
• Support commissioning of machinery and utility systems.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Follow electrical safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory standards.
• Maintain proper lockout–tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or equipment.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain maintenance logs, daily activity records, and service reports.
• Update checklists, breakdown reports, and spare part consumption records.

5. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with mechanical, production, and utility teams during maintenance activities.
• Provide support during audits, inspections, and shutdown maintenance.

SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of electrical panels, motors, contactors, relays, drives (VFDs), and control wiring.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with PLC panels (basic exposure desirable).
• Good understanding of safety practices and statutory electrical norms.
