Role & responsibilities To wash and polish Cutlery, Crockery, glassware with specified cleaning agents and chemicals To carry out instructions of the superiors. To arrange all items systematically at the assigned places. To clean (sweeping & moping) and scrub walls, floors, kitchen equipments and utensils. To clear the garbage from the deputed work areas. Disposal of accumulated garbage as and when found necessary from the washing areas. To arrange tables, trolleys and racks properly as per the Brand specifications. To clean walls, floors, pipes, ceilings, racks and exhaust or blowers in deputed area. Weekly spring cleaning the area, including degreasing and de-spotting. Handle all fragile items carefully. General cleaning of kitchen equipment’s. Report breakdown of dish/glass washing machines. Proper usage and upkeep of cleaning aid and equipment. Periodically check or switch off equipment(s) when not in use.

Ability to operate and work at heights on a scissor lift or high ladder. Ability to access and work effectively in confined spaces such as underneath tanks, in sump pits, etc. Ability to follow directions • Ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed. Ability to work independently under general supervision. Adequate maintenance experience to demonstrate an aptitude for mechanical skills and sufficient familiarity with hand tools to know their names and proper usage and care. Ability to safely operate a variety of hand tools and power tools. • Some knowledge of basic general maintenance routines and preventive repairs.
