Job Description

1. Job Title:

Engineering Services Coordinator / Engineering Team Lead

2. Job Summary:

To manage the engineering service team, ensure timely execution of service requests and project commissioning, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and maintain quality standards through structured supervision, remote support, and systematic reporting.

3. Educational Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
Certifications in PLC/SCADA systems (preferred).

4. Experience:

Minimum 1–6 years in engineering service roles, including at least 2–3 years in a team leadership or coordination capacity.
Experience in control panel testing, PLC systems, commissioning, and customer support.

5. Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience in testing and commissioning of control panels, PLCs, and automation systems.
Understanding of electrical drawings, PLC architectures, wiring layouts, and checklists.
Proficient in troubleshooting via remote guidance and on-site diagnosis.
Basic knowledge of inventory and material handling practices.

6. Soft Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Team leadership, delegation, and scheduling skills.
Problem-solving attitude with a customer service mindset.
Time management and ability to multitask under pressure.
Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.

7. Tools & Systems:

MS Office (Excel, Word for reports & coordination)
Basic ERP usage for material tracking (preferred)
Email and phone communication for coordination

8. Working Conditions:

Office and shopfloor-based coordination with frequent field visits.
May require travel to customer sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
