Roles & Responsibilities

1. Planning & Designing:

   Plan, design, and manage electrical systems, focusing on installation and commissioning of various electrical equipment at project sites.

2. Team Coordination:

   Collaborate with Mechanical and Civil teams to ensure effective planning and timely completion of the project.

3. Site Execution & Monitoring:

   Supervise and monitor all electrical activities on-site, ensuring quality workmanship, timely execution, and compliance with project specifications.

4. Inspection & Testing:

   Conduct inspections and testing of electrical installations to ensure they meet industry standards, safety codes, and client requirements.

5. Troubleshooting:

   Identify and resolve any electrical issues at the site, providing effective solutions to maintain project progress.

6. Documentation:

   Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including progress reports, as-built drawings, equipment specifications, and other project documents.

7. Safety Compliance:

   Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to electrical safety guidelines and site safety protocols.

8. Client & Stakeholder Interaction:

   Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure overall client satisfaction throughout the construction process.

9. Technical Upgradation:

   Stay updated with the latest electrical technologies and industry practices, and implement best practices on-site.

10. Government Project Knowledge:

    Should have knowledge of electrical works in Government projects and be capable of electrical billing, joint measurement with clients at site, and preparation of abstract sheets.

11. MB Book & Sub-Contractor Billing:

    Knowledge of MB Book recording, managing sub-contractor work, and bill certification procedures.

12. Material Reconciliation:

    Ability to prepare and maintain material reconciliation statements for the project.
