Job Description

ore Technical Responsibilities:

Design Electrical Systems
Develop blueprints and schematics for electrical systems in buildings, machinery, or equipment.
Circuit Design and Analysis
Design, simulate, and test circuits to ensure functionality and safety.
System Installation and Commissioning
Oversee the installation of electrical systems and ensure they meet design specs and safety codes.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Inspect, test, and repair faulty systems and equipment to maintain reliable operation.
Control Systems and Automation
Develop or maintain control systems using PLCs, SCADA, or other automation tools.

Project Management:

Project Planning and Budgeting
Assist in planning projects, estimating costs, and preparing budgets and timelines.
Procurement Support
Specify electrical materials and equipment, support purchasing decisions, and review vendor offers.
Documentation and Reporting
Prepare technical reports, operation manuals, and compliance documentation.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure Compliance with Codes and Standards
Follow national and international electrical standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, IEEE).
Risk and Safety Management
Implement safety procedures and perform risk assessments for electrical installations.

Collaboration & Communication:

Coordinate with Other Engineers & Teams
Work with mechanical, civil, and software teams to integrate electrical systems.
Client and Stakeholder Communication
Interact with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay Updated on Technology Trends
Keep up with new technologies, energy-efficient systems, and automation advancements.
Optimize System Performance
Analyze data and implement improvements to increase system efficiency and reliability.
