Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design and Maintenance: Designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems for pharmaceutical equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting and Repair:Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation of equipment and processes.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensuring all electrical systems and practices adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Collaboration and Support:Working with other engineers, technicians, and production teams to optimize energy usage, improve system performance, and support overall facility operations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of electrical systems, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Training and Development:Providing training to other personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of electrical systems.

Specific Tasks:

• Developing electrical schematics and layouts for equipment and facilities.
• Sizing and selecting electrical components, such as transformers, cables, and switchgear.
• Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for electrical systems.
• Participating in project planning and execution for new installations or upgrades.
• Troubleshooting electrical faults using diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Ensuring proper grounding and lightning protection for facilities.
• Staying up-to-date with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Preparing reports on electrical engineering activities and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
• Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations, including GMP.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
