About the Role: We are looking for a driven and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of Solar Rooftop Installations under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana. This is a field-based role involving door-to-door outreach, customer site visits, and local marketing to spread awareness and close sales for residential solar systems. Responsibilities: Conduct site visits to assess suitability and gather details for solar rooftop installations. Perform door-to-door marketing and local community outreach to generate leads. Educate and inform customers about the benefits of rooftop solar under the PM Surya Ghar Scheme. Submit quotations and proposals to prospective clients and follow up regularly. Coordinate with the technical team for design, installation, and post-sale support. Maintain daily reporting and lead tracking through CRM or reporting sheets. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territories. Represent the company at local awareness campaigns, RWAs, and housing societies. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of total sales experience, with at least 1 year in the solar industry. Prior experience in residential solar sales or field-based marketing is a must.
