Job Description: As a Project Manager (EPC Division), you will be responsible for managing and executing solar rooftop EPC projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project delivery. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects and drive business growth. Location: Noida, India Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management: Manage solar rooftop EPC projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance. 2. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams. 3. Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. 4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the EPC division. Requirements: 1. Minimum 3-7 years of experience in executing solar power plants, with at least 3 years of experience in solar rooftop EPC projects. 2. Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) degree. 3. Strong project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale EPC projects. 4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams. 5.
