Job Description

We are a fast-growing solar solutions provider headquartered in Dubai, specializing in renewable energy products and systems. With a strong presence in the Middle East, we are now expanding our team in India to drive growth and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Explain the company’s solar products and services in a clear and convincing manner. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools. Coordinate with the sales team in Dubai and ensure smooth communication across departments. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to customers. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in B2B/B2C products. Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is a must. Strong communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
