We Are Hiring An Electrical Design & Testing Engineer

Candidate should know about Designing & Testing of product application knowledge for Flame Proof Electrical Products/ MS Panels also Electrical Switchgears Knowledge about Distribution Boards / Motor Starters will be preferred, also looking product application knowledge for Flame Proof Material/ MS Panel/Switchgear (ACBs, MCCBs Control Products, LV Drives Soft Starters, MCB s, BBT), Switchboards, Circuit Breaker Components, and/or Motor Control Centres, as well as working knowledge of the Electrical Industry.

Salary:

₹03.00LPA To ₹04.80LPA.

Experience:

02 To 05 Years Of Experience As An Electrical Design & Testing Engineer

Qualification:

Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

A- DESIGN RESPONSIBILITY:

1- Electrical Schematic Design:

Prepare wiring diagrams, control schematics, and panel layouts using tools like AutoCAD.

2- Component Selection:

Selection of switchgears (MCBs, Contactors, Relays, PLCs, VFDs, etc.) based on load requirements and application standards.

3- Load Calculations:

Perform load analysis and sizing of cables, breakers, busbars, and transformers.

4- Coordination with Other Teams:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and execution teams from enquiry to despatch.

B- TEXTING RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI):

Perform or supervise factory testing of panels before delivery, ensuring their functionality and quality.

2- Routine & Type Testing:

a- Continuity and Insulation Resistance Test

b- High Voltage (Dielectric) Test

c- Functional Test (control circuit verification, interlock operation)

3- Site Testing & Commissioning (If Required):

Support site installation, testing, and commissioning activities to validate proper operation.

4- Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve electrical issues in panels during the testing or commissioning phase.

5- Documentation:

Prepare test reports, quality inspection documents, and commissioning certificates.
