About the Role

We are seeking a highly dedicated and dynamic Election Operations & Field

Coordination Manager to lead multi-district political programs, manage grassroots

teams, and ensure smooth execution of election strategies. The ideal candidate must

be comfortable with extensive fieldwork, capable of managing large teams, and

skilled in political communication, documentation, event handling, and operational

execution.

This is a high-responsibility role requiring leadership, communication skills, strong

coordination abilities, and the capacity to work in fast-paced political environments.


Key Responsibilities


. Election Strategy & Ground Operations

• Develop and implement election strategies across all designated districts.

• Conduct regular field visits, build district-wise and block-wise teams, and

supervise team performance.

• Identify, appoint, and oversee district representatives and block-level

coordinators.

• Strengthen public relations by meeting people, resolving local issues, and

maintaining ongoing communication.

• Build trust networks and maintain district-wise lists of influential individuals.

• Lead form-collection initiatives, ensuring district targets (e.g., 50,000 forms)

are achieved.

• Prepare polling-agent lists and coordinate with district presidents for

documentation and verification.

• Focus on performance improvement in weaker regions and enhance overall

capacity.


2. District & Program Coordination

• Coordinate daily with representatives across seven districts to ensure timely

completion of tasks.

• Schedule, prepare, and document district-wise Zoom meetings and follow-ups.

• Ensure timely participation in meetings and provide continuous progress

updates.

• Facilitate smooth communication flow between districts, blocks, and central

leadership.


3. Political Communication & Party Coordination

• Liaise with party members, manage meeting schedules, and support program

planning.

• Prepare speech drafts for events and provide stage-participant details for

major programs.

• Monitor social media for negative feedback and escalate important updates.

• Maintain strong coordination with local workers, communities, and external

teams.


4. Documentation, Printing & Record Management

• Maintain district-wise registers of workers (contact details, attendance, roles).

• Manage form collection, stationery distribution, and record-keeping.

• Oversee all election-related printing (designs, layouts, plate making,

lamination, binding, etc.).

• Prepare, review, and maintain election documents, files, and official

paperwork.

• Ensure timely production and delivery of all election materials.


5. Event, Media & Logistics Coordination

• Organize district-level events and ensure distribution of brochures, diaries, and

forms.• Handle photography, videography, and content collection for media updates.

• Provide logistical support including refreshments, travel, and meeting

arrangements.

• Manage operational resources such as vehicles, drivers, helpers, and field

support teams.


6. Communication & Helpline Support

• Manage election-related calls across dedicated phone lines and resolve

queries promptly.

• Share event photos and updates with the social media team for publication.

• Maintain active communication with workers, influencers, and key

stakeholders.


7. Financial & Administrative Support

• Manage election-related payments, prepare bills, and get approvals.

• Coordinate travel bookings for outstation programs.

• Handle fund withdrawals and maintain expense records as required.

• Assist in budgeting and daily expenditure distribution during election

operations.


Candidate Requirements

• Strong experience in political fieldwork, campaign management, or district

coordination.

• Excellent communication, team management, and public engagement skills.

• Ability to manage multitasking environments and work under time-sensitive

conditions.

• Must be comfortable with extensive travel across districts.

• Strong documentation, planning, and reporting capabilities.

• Ability to manage sensitive political information with confidentiality and
