Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to join our dynamic remote team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with other Salesforce platforms and marketing automation systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and data engineering concepts, with the ability to build scalable data models and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and segmentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development :

• Architect and develop scalable data models and pipelines within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Build and configure data ingestion, mapping, identity resolution, transformations, segmentation, and activation workflows.
• Create ERD diagrams and technical documentation for data flow and architecture.
• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with external systems and marketing platforms.
  

Data Engineering & Automation

• Develop scripts and automation workflows using Python, SQL, and APIs to streamline data processes.
• Leverage tools such as DBeaver, Postman, and file-based integrations (CSV/flat files) for data handling.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.
  

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and marketing teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze functional gaps, assess technical impacts, and recommend scalable designs.
• Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams on Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.
  

Testing & Support

• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, transformations, and integrations.
• Support ongoing enhancements and change requests for evolving business needs.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

Total Experience: 812 years in Salesforce ecosystem.Salesforce Data Cloud: Minimum 36 years of hands-on experience.Salesforce Marketing Cloud: 23 years of implementation experience.

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of data ingestion, modeling, mapping, identity resolution, segmentation, and transformations.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling skills.
• API development and integration experience (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with tools like DBeaver, Postman.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python for automation and backend workflows.
• Hands-on knowledge of Linux and cloud platforms.
  

Certifications

• Salesforce Data Cloud Accredited Professional (Mandatory).
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (Preferred).
  

Other Competencies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
