• Knowledge of the Retail and Healthcare domains is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in tools and software associated with business analysis (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, business intelligence tools).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define detailed requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process mapping for Retail and Healthcare workflows.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, UAT sessions, and sprint planning meetings.
• Analyze data trends and create reports for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in Healthcare domain (HIPAA, HL7, etc.).
  

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail and Healthcare domains.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling, data analysis, and requirement elicitation.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred

• Exposure to EHR, EMR, POS, or eCommerce systems.
• Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA is an added advantage.
