As a Sales Executive at Atomo, an AI-powered education software company, your role will involve interacting directly with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote and onboard them with innovative solutions. Your primary goal will be to sell the comprehensive range of educational hardware and software products designed to enhance digital learning environments. Here are the details of your responsibilities and requirements: **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and approach schools, colleges, and educational institutions to generate new business opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, such as principals, administrators, and IT heads. - Present, demonstrate, and sell educational hardware and software products aligned with the needs of institutions. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management and deal closures. - Conduct product demos, workshops, and follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position our solutions effectively. **Requirements:** - Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience working directly with educational institutions, such as schools and colleges. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to travel frequently to meet clients on-site. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. - Previous experience in selling edtech products, IT solutions, or digital learning tools is preferred.
