Position: Business Development Associate - EdTech

Qualification: Graduate

Salary : 3.60 to 4.20 LPA

Location : Noida, Sector 62

Key Responsibilities:-

1) Identify and target potential leads for SAP and other professional courses.

2) Counsel prospects to understand their training needs and match them with appropriate programs.

3) Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing sales.

4) Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

5) Maintain and update CRM with lead, follow-up, and sales data.

6) Build and maintain relationships with corporate HRs, training managers, and individual learners.

7) Coordinate with the training and operations teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.

Requirements:-

EdTech sales

2) Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

3) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

4) Strong understanding of SAP course offerings will be a plus.
