Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Bengaluru. The HR Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including implementing and upholding HR policies, managing employee relations, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives. Responsibilities include talent management, ensuring adherence to labor laws, fostering employee engagement, and collaborating with management to address workforce needs. The role requires maintaining compliance with HR standards and contributing to a strong, positive workplace culture.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) functions
  • Strong understanding and experience in HR Operations and developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, with the ability to resolve conflict and maintain positive workforce relations
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

1–4 years of experience as an HR Executive/Recruiter with strong exposure to bulk hiring

Prior sales or sales-recruitment experience

Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment target within strict timelines

Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Strong understanding of sales profiles such as relationship managers, field sales, telesales, etc.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
