Job Description

As an Educational Consultant / Telecaller in the Sales department at Kakkanad, Ernakulam, your main responsibility is to make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services. You will also be involved in sales and promotions by selling products, identifying customer needs, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for data management by updating customer information in CRM and maintaining call logs.
