Job Description

Role: Education Counsellor Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and follow-up calls to students & parents.
Understand learner goals and guide them to the right course.
Explain product features, pricing, and resolve queries.
Handle objections confidently to close admissions.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly targets.
Build trust and long-term relationships with learners.

Desired Skills

Strong communication & convincing skills.
Target-driven & sales-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and digital platforms.

Requirements

Work from office:
Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Noida
Immediate joiners preferred
6-day work week (
Monday fixed off
)
Must have own laptop/desktop + stable internet
Comfortable with high-volume calling
