Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct daily follow-ups with leads for webinars, events, and upselling premium products.
  • Maintain call reports, provide feedback, and ensure target achievement.
  • Counsel clients for online and on-location events, ensuring high attendance and closures.
  • Generate referrals from existing clients to increase revenue.
  • Ensure compliance, manage escalations, and support the end-to-end sales process.
  • Attend webinars, represent the team, and travel for on-site events when needed.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduation is must
  • candidate with 1-2 years of experience is preferred
