● Lead the selection and implementation of an ERP system that aligns with our business

needs.

● Customize and configure the ERP system to streamline business processes.

● Train staff on ERP system usage and ensure its ongoing maintenance and

performance.

● Ecommerce Strategy and Growth:

● Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth, including marketing

campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

● Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify growth
