Job Overview:: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce & Marketplace Executive with 23 years of hands-on experience in product listing and categorization across leading platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meta (Facebook), and other quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart). The ideal candidate should be well-versed in marketplace operations, catalog structuring, and listing optimization to enhance product visibility, ranking, and conversions. Key Responsibilities Product Listing & Categorization: Create, update, and manage product listings with accurate content, attributes, images, and pricing across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meta, and other quick commerce platforms. E commerce platforms . Ensure accurate category mapping and adherence to platform-specific guidelines for better discoverability and compliance. Maintain product consistency across all platforms, including title formatting, descriptions, and tag optimization. Marketplace Operations: Monitor listings for errors, suppressions, and violations and take corrective actions in coordination with internal and platform teams. Work closely with design, content, and warehouse teams to gather necessary information and assets for listing creation and updates. Inventory & Order Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure real-time stock updates and seamless order processing. Monitor platform dashboards for fulfillment status, returns, cancellations, and related escalations. Performance Reporting & Optimization: Analyze listing performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, return rates) and suggest data-driven improvements. Prepare regular reports on product-wise and platform-wise performance to support decision-making. Qualification & Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in product listing and categorization across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meta, and other quick commerce platforms . Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any field. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of eCommerce listing best practices, keyword optimization, and SEO techniques for marketplaces. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with bulk upload templates. Detail-oriented with a structured approach to data accuracy and platform compliance. Preferred Background: Prior experience with D2C, FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods brands is a plus. Understanding of A+ content, product bundling, and image/video listing requirements is desirable.
