Job Overview:

E-commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across quick commerce and e-commerce platforms.
• Execute and optimize

  performance marketing campaigns

  (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive sales and ROI.
• Monitor platform analytics and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams for inventory planning, catalog management, and product content.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers to drive platform-led promotions and visibility.
• Optimize customer experience across online channels to increase conversions and repeat purchases.
• Stay updated on quick commerce trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, ad spend, and campaign effectiveness.
• Support in creating digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  quick commerce platforms

  (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with

  performance marketing

  (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, etc.).
• Understanding of

  SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, and digital analytics tools

  .
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in

  e-commerce / quick commerce / performance marketing

  .
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
